The cost for hydrostatic testing is $16.00 ($10.00 for CO2 cylinders) plus the cost of return shipping*.  You will also be charged $5.00 for valve removal/re-installation.  There is no handling fees or other made up fees that you might find elsewhere.  Your cylinder will be returned in the same packaging it is received in.

When shipping cylinder the following requirements must be met:

- Cylinder must be completely depressurized.

- Properly packaged to ensure safe transport.  Bubble wrap and fill in voids with paper.**

- There should be no stickers or labels on the cylinder other than those of the manufacturer or the hydro 

   facility, if previously retested.***

  

*You will be charged a flat rate of $3.00 above shipping if we handle the shipping.  If you include a return label, you will only be charged for testing.  All you have to do is ask for a return label at the time of the purchase, whether it be online or at a shipping facility.   I have to do this due to the success of my business which has required me to bring in additional help.

  

**You will be charged for additional shipping materials if the cylinder is poorly packaged.

 

***$1.00 will be added to your total cost of retesting for each sticker/label that has to be removed.  This is important since it interferes with the ability to perform a proper external visual inspection.
